Since 2006 HorseDream licenses Partners. Licensed HorseDream Partners are allowed to work with the HorseDream Concept and to use the HorseDream Logo.

There are some 60 partners in Austria, Canada, Czech Republic, Denmark, England, Germany, Hungary, Israel, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Scotland, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, USA.

HorseDream Partners have gone through a four-partner-workshop-series. They are committed to sharing the main parts of the HorseDream approach. They are working on a similar training level with similar educational, ethical, and safety standards.

Since 2004 HorseDream provides Train the Trainer seminars.

TTT seminar attendees are allowed to work with the one-day and two-day HorseDream seminar concept. This seminar also qualifies for the EAHAE membership.

Wie können Sie für sich ein erfolgreiches Führungskonzept entwickeln?

In diesen Seminaren erhalten die Teilnehmer durch den Spiegel Pferd einen Einblick in ihre individuellen Führungsstärken und -fähigkeiten. Finden Sie heraus, wie Sie durch bewusste und unbewusste Kommunikation auf Ihre Mitmenschen wirken und welches Vertrauen und welcher Respekt Ihnen entgegen gebracht wird. Lernen Sie, durch Authentizität, Vertrauen und Respekt Ihre Führungsposition zu stärken und eventuell ungenutzte Potentiale einzusetzen.

Alle Seminare zeichnen sich durch Praxisübungen aus. Die Teilnehmer erarbeiten die wesentlichen Inhalte durch gemeinsame Übungen mit dem Co-Trainer "Pferd" in der Halle. Horsetales er en ny arena for adferdsutvikling og kommunikasjonstrening inspirert av samhandling med hest. Programmet for selvutvikling, lederutvikling og mellommenneskelig interaksjon bruker Helgaker Gård som konferansesenter og treningsarena. Et grunnleggende trekk ved metoden er å bruke hest og hestepsykologi som inspirasjon for ny innsikt om oss selv.

I dag foregår svært mye kommunikasjon elektronisk eller over telefon. Det fratar oss trening i å bruke andre former for formidling som kroppsspråk, øyekontakt, berøring med mer. En viktig begrunnelse for å arbeide med hester er derfor å bli eksponert for situasjoner der vi blir fratatt våre vanligste kommunikasjonsformer. I tillegg til dette blir vi i relasjonen til hesten også fratatt vår rolle (sjef) og våre ressurser (forvaltning av goder).  Øvelsene gir et utmerket utgangspunkt for drøftelse av hva som er god kommunikasjon i organisasjoner.

Pferde sind unverfälschte Spiegel unseres Verhaltens. Sie haben über Jahrmillionen eine scharfe Beobachtungsgabe und eine höchst effektive Kommunikation entwickelt. Pferde nehmen Bewegungen und körperliche Reaktionen äusserst differenziert wahr – auch am Menschen - und reagieren somit direkt auf Gefühle und Gedanken ihres Gegenübers. He is a strategic business planning consultant and Master Certified Coach (MCC) with 20 years of experience facilitating and coordinating action plans that get measurable results. In his practice he primarily serves privately owned businesses, free agents (life style entrepreneurs) and people in transition. Prior to working with entrepreneurs, Larry worked for 23+ years as an “intra-preneur” in corporate America at 3M Co. and Medtronic in various marketing and business development positions.

Und Pferde sind geduldige Partner beim Ausprobieren.

Als Geschäftsführerin im Hotel des Familienbetriebes kam die gelernte technische Zeichnerin 1987 beruflich nach Basel in die Schweiz. Als Kadermitglied in der Betriebsleitung war Sie in der Hoffmann La Roche in der Qualitätssicherung und Personalschulung über Jahre tätig.

Sie blieb, von kleinen Pausen abgesehen, stets den Pferden treu. In den 90iger Jahren hörte sie das erste Mal von Peter Kreinberg, Monty Roberts und Pat Parrelli. In den Büchern und Videos dieser „Pferdemänner" fand sie die Antworten auf einige ihrer Fragen. „Eine Möglichkeit Pferde ohne Gewalt und Angst zu trainieren" - erinnert sie sich.

Im September 2005 lies sich Christine eine andere Dimension der Pferdearbeit zeigen und trat den Lehrgang Train the Trainer Persönlichkeitstraining mit Pferden an. Hier spiegelte sich das, was Ihr im Umgang mit Pferden und Menschen nicht schwer fällt – Führung!

I suppose I’ve always had an interest in why people do what they do and this developed over the last 15 years when I worked in the voluntary sector.

At one time I worked for a hospice and it was a fantastic place to work, full of hope and love as well as sadness and disappointment. You might think well sadness and disappointment are bound to be found in a hospice but in many cases it wasn't caused by the illness itself or the consequences but because people had unresolved issues or unfulfilled dreams that now they wouldn't have the chance to achieve.

Das Pferd ist der Trainer

Shamila ist eine 13jährige irische Vollblutstute und hat in jüngeren Jahren viele Springturniere miterlebt.
Jetzt lebt sie schon seit einigen Jahren mit uns auf dem Hof. Sie ist an den täglichen Umgang mit Menschen gewöhnt, wird von Kindern und Erwachsenen geritten und auch im Sommer als Wanderreitpferd mit eingesetzt, lebt aber in ihrer eigenen Pferdewelt in einem stetigen Gruppenverband in Aussenstallhaltung auf ganz natürliche Weise, ganzjährig draussen zusammen mit 5 anderen Stuten und einer Hand voll Ponies. Sie ist eine sehr gute geduldige Lehrerin.

Horsevision - Vision

Horsevision ist kein Modewort oder nur ein branding – es ist viel mehr Programm, denn Pferde haben auf Grund ihrer Augenstellung fast Rundumsicht und damit den entsprechenden Weitblick. Die Bedeutung von horsevision lässt sich daher am besten mit dem Satz umschreiben:

Wij geven u graag informatie over een bijzonder soort leiderschapstrainingen voor het bedrijfsleven. Bij onze trainingen zijn paarden uw trainer. Als trainer faciliteren we u en de paarden ten behoeve van uw persoonlijke ontwikkelingsproces.

In our work we use the ability of the horses to interpret body language, inner motivation and mental conviction for achieving increased consciousness of inner potential and line of action. The interaction with the horses gives the participants insight and experience-based learning on a very personal level, as the traits of our communication and patterns of behaviour typically will appear more clearly in this work. We support the individual to draw parallels from these experiences to a broader perspective of private life as well as job.

The participants will be able to de-stress with kind and well mannered horses. This brings the peace and closeness, which we need when working with our selves. Further, it helps focus on improving our personal leadership aiming towards a reliable, positive and constructive behaviour at work as well as private.

The work with the horses is primarily ground work. However, it will be possible to mount a horse too, and feel the mental unity and mutual trust.

On Hegedalgaard we offer courses in teambuilding, leadership, personal development and coaching, and we arrange activity days and individually designed events. For experienced horsemen as well as beginners there are also plenty of opportunities for horseback riding in the magnificent landscapes of northern Djursland.
